To access any services or products offered by Bettermarks Edu Tech through our Services, you must possess Internet access and a currently accepted valid payment method as indicated during the sign-up process (“Payment Method”). Bettermarks Edu Tech or its third-party payment provider may store and access your payment information. You further commit to paying the applicable fees for the services or products you procure through the Bettermarks Edu Tech Services as they become due, whether on a one-time, installment, or subscription basis. Fees may fluctuate based on your location, the Payment Method used, the origin of your Payment Method, or other contractual arrangements. Transactions may also be subject to foreign exchange fees or variations in prices due to exchange rates. Bettermarks Edu Tech does not support all payment methods, currencies, or locations for payment and reserves the right to modify such offerings periodically. Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that not all Students are eligible for all promotions and pricing and that specific additional terms and conditions (like the Special Online and related educational Terms) may apply to certain promotional programs, pricing, or geographic locations. You undertake to use your own valid Payment Method and not impersonate or exploit a Payment Method to evade regulatory restrictions.

Upon purchasing an Online and/or blended learning course or other Service or product from Bettermarks Edu Tech, you agree to pay not only the relevant fee but also all applicable sales, use, value-added, transaction taxes, or other government-required fees and charges (taxes) that Bettermarks Edu Tech determines it is obligated to collect. Taxes are calculated based on the billing information provided during purchase. You hereby authorize Bettermarks Edu Tech to adjust and charge any owed Taxes upon confirming the tax rate. When GST/VAT collection is obligatory, if any, it will be computed and added at checkout. You also agree to indemnify and hold Bettermarks Edu Tech harmless against any claims from any tax authority for underpayment of Taxes, including, without limitation, GST/VAT, and any related penalties or interest.
Refunds:
Bettermarks Edu Tech does not offer refunds for fees and charges related to your purchase of any products or Services, including partially used or unused periods for which payment has already been made, regardless of subscription, bundled, manual subscription, or one-time term payment methods. We cannot ensure refunds for lack of usage or dissatisfaction. Bettermarks Edu Tech denies any responsibility or liability concerning any third-party marketplace’s refund policy or the third party’s adherence or non-adherence to such policy.
Special refund terms may apply: In the event of a double debit due to a Technical issue, the amount will be refunded within 2-3 working days!
